The final order and checkout terms must state the verified refund rule, any eligibility window, timing, exclusions and how a request is submitted before payment can be accepted.
Consistent terms
The same approved rule must appear on the site, in checkout, on receipts, in onboarding materials and in support guidance. A page, agent or message must not promise broader eligibility than the binding order terms.
