Service terms

Front Door is a standardized, single-location opportunity-capture service—not a custom CRM or marketing engagement.

Review-stage copy: final seller information, checkout terms and effective date must be verified before publication.

Included scope

Front Door covers one business location, one phone line, one existing website or standardized Starter Site, one approved qualification and booking path, staff notifications, a Review QR Kit and limited results reporting. The planned allowance is 100 Voice AI minutes per monthly billing cycle.

Not included

Custom workflows, CRM migrations, custom integrations, multiple locations, campaigns, advertising management, social posting, SMS automation, e-commerce and custom website work are outside the standard plan.

Expansion path

Needs involving two material additions, a full CRM and pipeline, persistent nurture, database reactivation, campaigns, multiple locations or deeper automation may be routed to AI Front Office at $999 per month or separately quoted. No plan change occurs without customer approval.

Launch and performance boundary

Payment does not activate service. Each account must complete intake, provisioning, QA and customer approval before going live. RevStack makes no guarantee of lead volume, bookings, reviews or revenue.
